Here you go!
All Purpose Skin/Rash Ointment:
10 drops Melaleuca
10 drops Lavender
5 drops Frankincense
1/2 cup of Coconut oil
Warm up the oil and pour into a glass jar. Let cool slightly and add the essential oils. Stir, and then cover and let cool all the way.
Apply as needed.
If you are facing a fungal rash of some sort or a cut/scrape bordering on infection, you can add 5-10 drops of On Guard to the recipe as well.
For a slightly stronger, antiseptic ointment for cuts and scrapes:
Antiseptic Ointment Rub
1 glass jar
1/2 cup of coconut oil
20 drops of Lavender
20 drops of Melaleuca
10 drops of Lemon
10 drops of Frankincense
1/4 teaspoon of Vitamin E oil
Heat up oil until liquid
Mix in Vitamin E oil and Essential Oils once the Coconut Oil has cooled slightly.
Stir and let cool all the way.
Cover and store to use as needed on cuts and scrapes. You can also replace Melaleuca with On Guard, and use 10 drops of On Guard instead.
