We have a few different recipes we have tried and liked over the last few months. This is one we just tried yesterday, and I'm loving it! It is AHH-MAZ-ING with some butter melted on it.
For this recipe we used Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. Really, the only reason why I did that, is that I can find it super cheap in the bulk bin items at our health food store, so it comes out cheaper than me mixing together a few different flours. This Bread is about $2.80-$3.00 a loaf for me which is not bad!
3 eggs
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 up of oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups milk (we use almond milk)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon xanthum gum3 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF flour or your own GF flour mix
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Mix up the liquid ingredients
Pour the liquids into the bread machine container
Mix up the dry ingredients in a bowl
Pour onto the wet ingredients in the bread machine
Do not mix them together
Make a small pocket in the dry ingredients for the yeast
Making sure that the yeast does not touch the wet ingredients, place the yeast in the hole in the dry ingredients
Follow your machines instructions to make Gluten free bread. We use our basic Bread setting.
Walla! You are done! It was Amazing Warm with some organic butter and honey spread on top!
Enjoy!
